Diamond-shaped windows grow in a grid and cover the scene. The repeating geometry gives the transition a steady rhythm.
`progress` defaults to 0.5 and ranges from 0 to 1. `size` defaults to 0.15 and ranges from 0.02 to 0.5 to change each diamond cell size. `feather` defaults to 0.1 and ranges from 0 to 1 to soften the cell edges; `invert` defaults to false and wipes inward from the cell corners.
Put an image or video beneath it, and place the incoming scene on a lower layer when animating a transition. A large size makes the grid coarse and covers the source quickly; small text can break up along the cell edges.
When to use
Use it for geometric title transitions, scene changes with a repeating pattern, or a regular visual rhythm. Avoid it when dense text or tables must remain intact.
